Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Chanel brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and mission.
- Demonstrate expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare to provide personalized client experiences.
- Ensure client service excellence in line with Chanel's rituals and standards.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Contribute to sales performance through effective use of products, services, and clienteling tools.
- Adopt an omni-channel approach to ensure seamless client experiences across in-store and online platforms.
- Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to achieve both individual and collective goals.

- Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury or beauty industry is required.
