Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver personalized client experiences in fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
- Ensure exceptional client service in line with Chanel's standards and rituals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Contribute to sales performance through effective use of products, services, and clienteling tools.
- Promote cross-selling across all product categories.
- Maintain an omni-channel approach to provide seamless client experiences.
- Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to achieve individual and collective goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Skills

Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury or beauty industry is required.
