Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Chanel ambassador, embodying the brand's values and ethos.
- Deliver personalized and exceptional client experiences in fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
- Ensure client service excellence in alignment with Chanel's standards and rituals.
- Cultivate and maintain long-lasting client relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Contribute to sales performance through strategic use of products, services, and clienteling tools.
- Adopt an omni-channel approach to provide seamless client experiences across platforms.
- Collaborate within a supportive and inclusive team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product expertise to meet client needs.
- Strong knowledge of fragrance and beauty products.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.
