Role & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare to provide personalized client experiences.
  • Ensure excellence in client service, adhering to Chanel's rituals and standards.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships to enhance loyalty.

Experience

Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.
