Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth in alignment with the commercial policy of the Fragrance and Beauty division in France.
  • Ensure the effective use of client development tools, including CRM systems.
  • Maintain adherence to merchandising policies.

Qualifications

  • Higher education qualification (from Bac +1 to Bac +5).
  • Strong interest in Chanel, its values, and brand codes.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English. Ability to create emotional connections and build lasting client relationships. Proactive and innovative approach to work. Strong team collaboration skills.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and client service is essential.

Education

Higher education qualification (from Bac +1 to Bac +5).
