Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and promote the unique style of Chanel within the retail environment.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with Chanel's values for both local and international clientele.
- Guide and build trust with each client, sparking interest in Chanel's Fragrance and Beauty universe.
- Contribute to the team spirit and performance of the retail location with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and open-mindedness.
- Deliver a warm, personalized, and ultimate experience to each client.
Qualifications
- Pursuing higher education (from Bac +1 to Bac +5) with a keen interest in Chanel and its brand values and codes.
Skills
Experience
No specific experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail and customer service is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in higher education (Bac +1 to Bac +5).
Workplace
The role is situated in Marseille, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France.
