Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody and convey the unique style of Chanel within a retail environment.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with Chanel's values for both local and international clientele.
  • Guide and build trust with each client, sparking interest in Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty universe.
  • Contribute to team spirit and store performance with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and openness.

Qualifications

  • Higher education background (from Bac +1 to Bac +5) with a strong interest in Chanel and its brand values.

Skills

Sensitivity to multicultural environments. Recognized for responsiveness, commercial dynamism, and strong interpersonal and service skills. Proficiency in English is essential.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and customer service is advantageous.

Education

Higher education (Bac +1 to Bac +5)
