  • Embody and communicate the unique style of Chanel within a retail environment.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with Chanel's values for both local and international clientele.
  • Guide and build trust with each customer, sparking interest in Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty universe.
  • Contribute to team spirit and store performance with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and openness.

Qualifications

  • Higher education qualification (from Bac +1 to Bac +5) with a strong interest in Chanel, its values, and brand codes.

Skills

Strong awareness of multicultural environments. Recognized for responsiveness, commercial dynamism, and excellent interpersonal and service skills. Proficiency in English is essential.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a keen interest in the luxury retail sector is advantageous.

Education

Higher education qualification (from Bac +1 to Bac +5).

This position is based in Bordeaux, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France.
