Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure an exceptional client experience in alignment with Chanel's values.
- Optimize sales revenue across designated retail locations.
- Enhance the commercial potential of retail outlets within the assigned territory.
- Ensure compliance with client development tools and merchandising policies.
- Conduct store analyses and provide training on new products and ranges to multi-brand advisors.
- Manage tester orders in collaboration with the Client Engagement Manager.
- Conduct competitive analysis and regular reporting.
- Foster client engagement through commercial animation.
Qualifications
- Background in aesthetics, makeup, or sales, or experience in a customer service-oriented environment such as luxury hospitality or tourism.
- Proven initial experience in sales.
- Strong knowledge of product ranges and sales techniques.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of initial experience in sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
Background in aesthetics, makeup, or sales.
