Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through the Chanel service ritual.
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and client engagement.
  • Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to enhance skills.
  • Maintain an omni-channel approach for seamless client experiences.
  • Resolve client issues in accordance with company standards.
  • Engage clients with upcoming events and product demonstrations.
  • Share knowledge of the brand's heritage and offerings with clients and team members.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management, demonstrating integrity and respect.

Compensation

The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $24 to $26, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
