Role & Responsibilities
- Provide superior service to clients daily through the Chanel service ritual.
- Enhance client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and trust-building.
- Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture to recruit and retain clients.
- Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize the Inside Beauty learning application to apply learnings.
- Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
- Resolve client situations in alignment with company philosophy and standards, collaborating with relevant teams as necessary.
- Stay informed about upcoming events and engage clients through introductions and demonstrations.
- Share knowledge of the brand's heritage and expertise with clients and team members.
- Understand business challenges, client needs, and market dynamics.
- Ensure work area cleanliness and adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate regularly with the team and manager.
- Respect cultural differences and demonstrate a willingness to learn from them.
Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social and cultural initiatives.
Skills
Experience
Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred. Must have a passion for Chanel Beauty products.

This position is based in Tampa, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The anticipated range for this position is $24.30 to $28.50 hourly. Additional variable pay may be offered, including bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
