Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients through the Chanel service ritual.
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships, enhancing loyalty and trust.
  • Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and client retention strategies.
  • Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to enhance product knowledge.
  • Maintain an omni-channel approach to ensure seamless client experiences across in-store and online platforms.
  • Resolve client issues in accordance with company standards, collaborating with relevant teams as necessary.
  • Stay informed about upcoming events and engage clients through demonstrations.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the brand's heritage and share insights with clients and team members.
  • Understand business challenges, client needs, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure the work area adheres to cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management, demonstrating ethics and integrity.
  • Respect cultural differences and demonstrate a willingness to learn from them.

Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
  • Understanding of and passion for client experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
  • Passion for Chanel's history, products, and social initiatives.
  • Curiosity and desire for professional growth within Chanel.

This position is based in Roseville, California, USA.

Compensation

The anticipated base range for this position is $24.30 to $28.50 hourly. Additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks may be offered.
