Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service through the Chanel service ritual.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and client engagement.
  • Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to enhance skills.
  • Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Resolve client issues in alignment with company standards.
  • Engage clients with upcoming events and product demonstrations.
  • Share extensive knowledge of Chanel's heritage and brand with clients and team.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management, demonstrating respect and cultural awareness.

Qualifications

  • Articulate and knowledgeable about cosmetics and fragrance.
  • Passion for Chanel's beauty products and brand heritage.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Skills

Strong client service orientation and emotional intelligence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to scheduling changes and new directions. Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or luxury environment is preferred.

Compensation

The anticipated base hourly range is $24.30 to $29. Additional compensation may include bonuses and benefits.
