Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service daily through the Chanel service ritual.
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connections and trust-building.
  • Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture to recruit and retain clients.
  • Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize the Inside Beauty learning application to implement learnings.
  • Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
  • Address and resolve client situations according to company philosophy and standards, collaborating with appropriate teams as needed.
  • Stay informed about upcoming events and engage clients through introductions and demonstrations.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the brand, its heritage, and know-how, sharing this with clients and team members.
  • Understand business challenges, client needs, and the surrounding market.
  • Ensure the work area is clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Articulate, knowledgeable, and passionate about cosmetics and fragrance.
  • Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury beauty or fashion industry is preferred.

This position is based in Nashville, Tennessee, USA.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range is $24.70 to $28 per hour, with additional variable pay components such as bonuses and perks.
