Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide superior service to every client through the Chanel service ritual.
  • Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and trust-building.
  • Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture.
  • Attend seasonal seminars and utilize the Inside Beauty learning application to implement learnings.
  • Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
  • Resolve client situations according to company philosophy and standards, partnering with appropriate teams as needed.
  • Understand upcoming events and engage clients through introduction and demonstration.
  • Share knowledge of the brand's heritage and know-how with clients and team.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Communicate regularly with the team and manager, maintaining a positive attitude and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Articulate, knowledgeable, and passionate about cosmetics and fragrance.
  • Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.

Skills

Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel.

Experience

Experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred, with a focus on client service and sales.

Workplace

This position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Compensation

The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $24 to $30. Additional variable pay, bonus potential, and benefits may be offered.
