Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide superior service to clients through the CHANEL service ritual.
  • Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and trust-building.
  • Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture.
  • Attend seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to enhance skills.
  • Maintain an omni-channel mindset for seamless client experiences.
  • Resolve client situations according to company standards.
  • Engage clients with upcoming events through introduction and demonstration.
  • Share knowledge of the brand's heritage and know-how with clients and team.
  • Understand business challenges, client needs, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure work area is clean, tidy, and adheres to Visual Merchandising guidelines.

Skills

Excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a team environment Understanding of client experience Foreign language skills preferred Passion for Chanel's history and products Curiosity and desire to learn and grow

Experience

Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred. Experience in client service and sales within the luxury retail sector is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Jacksonville, Florida, USA.

Compensation

The anticipated base range for this position is $24.30 to $28 hourly. Additional variable pay may include bonuses and other incentives.
