Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide superior service to clients daily through the Chanel service ritual.
  • Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connections and trust-building.
  • Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture to recruit and retain clients.
  • Attend seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to implement knowledge into daily activities.
  • Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
  • Resolve client situations according to company philosophy and standards, partnering with appropriate teams as needed.
  • Engage clients with upcoming events through introductions and demonstrations.
  • Share knowledge of the brand's heritage and expertise with clients and team members.
  • Understand business challenges, client needs, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure the work area is clean, tidy, and professional, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Communicate regularly with the team and manager, maintaining a positive attitude and ethical integrity.
  • Respect cultural differences and demonstrate a willingness to learn from them.

Qualifications

  • Articulate and knowledgeable about cosmetics and fragrance.
  • Passion for Chanel Beauty products and the brand's history.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Skills

Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Foreign language skills preferred but not required. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.

Experience

Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred.

The role is situated in Columbus, Ohio, USA.

Compensation

The anticipated base range for this position is $24.30 to $28 hourly. Additional variable pay and benefits may be offered.
