Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide superior service to clients through the Chanel service ritual.
  • Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and trust-building.
  • Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture.
  • Attend seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to implement knowledge.
  • Maintain an omni-channel mindset for seamless client experiences.
  • Resolve client situations according to company philosophy and standards.
  • Engage clients with upcoming events through introduction and demonstration.
  • Share knowledge of the brand's heritage and know-how with clients and team.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Articulate and knowledgeable about cosmetics and fragrance.
  • Experience in artistry and direct brand experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Skills

Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a team environment. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Foreign language skills preferred but not required. Positive attitude and adaptability to scheduling changes.

Experience

Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.

The role is situated in Aventura, Florida, USA — conveniently close to Miami.

Compensation

The anticipated base range for this position is $24.70 to $27 hourly, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks.
