Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients daily, adhering to Chanel's service rituals.
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to enhance loyalty and trust.
- Achieve sales targets through product knowledge, services, and data capture.
- Participate in seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to apply knowledge effectively.
- Maintain an omni-channel approach to ensure seamless client experiences across platforms.
- Resolve client issues in alignment with company standards and collaborate with relevant teams.
- Stay informed about upcoming events and engage clients through demonstrations.
- Share knowledge of the brand's heritage and expertise with clients and team members.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and visually appealing work area, adhering to merchandising guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers, demonstrating respect and cultural awareness.
Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Understanding and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Passion for Chanel's history, products, and social initiatives.
Skills
Experience
Artistry skills and direct brand experience are preferred. Experience in cosmetics and fragrance is advantageous.
Workplace
The role is situated in Aventura, Florida, USA — conveniently close to Miami.
Compensation
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.30 to $29, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
