Chanel seeks a Fashion Stock Manager in Zürich to lead stock operations and enhance client experiences. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in luxury retail or logistics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Fashion Stockist team, fostering collaboration and effective information sharing.
  • Ensure seamless stock operations, including receipt, control of deliveries, and inventory management.
  • Optimize stock processes to support the financial health and smooth operations of the boutique.
  • Collaborate with boutique teams to deliver an elevated client experience.
  • Provide regular stock analysis and insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Identify and propose process improvements for supply systems and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or logistics, preferably within a luxury environment.
  • Deep understanding of stock management processes and procedures.
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is an asset.

Experience
