Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
  • Optimize client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in fashion or luxury retail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Skills

Strong ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Foreign language skills preferred. Deep passion for the House of Chanel, its history, and product offerings.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, particularly in fashion or luxury retail, is required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Palo Alto, California, USA, with easy access to San Francisco.

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $27.30 to $32.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
