Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support, contributing to the boutique's sales targets and budgets.
  • Maintain a high level of product and fashion industry knowledge to offer personalized advice and consultation.
  • Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new client opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to share client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in product offerings and service standards.
  • Support teamwork within the boutique and across other Chanel boutiques.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise, follow standard operational procedures, and ensure compliance with company guidelines to prevent losses or damages.

Qualifications

  • Retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude and a warm, friendly demeanor. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proven teamwork abilities with a collaborative approach. Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to continuous learning and development. Demonstrated selling skills and a track record of achieving sales targets. Basic knowledge and proficiency in using systems, devices (iPad, iPhone), and computer applications. Client-centric mindset dedicated to building and nurturing long-lasting relationships.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service, with a preference for experience in the fashion or luxury industry.
