Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
  • Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Excellent communication skills. Foreign language skills are preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required, with a strong emphasis on client service and sales in a luxury retail environment.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA, with easy access to Philadelphia.

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $56,900 through $71,300. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position.
