Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new clients by converting walk-in traffic into loyal customers and brand ambassadors.
- Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
- Exceed client expectations by demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude in all situations.
- Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a related role within the luxury fashion or retail industry is required.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $27.70 to $32.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
