Role & Responsibilities

  • Uphold the brand's image by maintaining professional grooming and etiquette standards.
  • Engage customers with verbal and non-verbal communication that reflects the brand's values.
  • Maintain boutique displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Ensure the boutique environment is pristine and organized.
  • Deliver personalized customer service that aligns with client service values.
  • Contribute to boutique sales and performance through long-term client relationships.
  • Provide exemplary after-sales service with a positive and flexible approach.
  • Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Share client feedback with boutique leadership to enhance service standards.
  • Promote teamwork within the boutique and assist in onboarding new hires.
  • Support boutique operations by adhering to standard operational procedures.
  • Prevent stock losses and complete necessary paperwork accurately.

  • Commitment to maintaining the brand's image and standards.

Skills

Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and friendly demeanor. Strong social and communication skills for both internal and external interactions. In-depth product and collection knowledge. Ability to handle objections and anticipate customer needs. Team spirit and collaborative mindset. Refined selling skills and retail intelligence. Understanding of boutique standard operational procedures.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
