Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
  • Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude to exceed client expectations consistently.
  • Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Strong understanding and passion for client experience. Excellent communication skills. Foreign language skills preferred. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and cultural initiatives.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of related experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion or beauty industry.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

This position is based in Palm Beach, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Miami.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24.00 to $29.00 per hour. Additional forms of variable pay may include bonuses and other incentives.
