Join Chanel in Brisbane as a Fashion Advisor. Engage customers and embody the brand's vision in a luxury boutique setting. Full-time position in Queensland, Australia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales service to clients, contributing to the boutique's sales targets and budgets.
  • Maintain a high level of product and fashion industry knowledge to provide personalized advice and consultation to clients.
  • Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new client opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to share client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in product offerings and service standards.
  • Support teamwork within the boutique and across other Chanel boutiques.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise, follow standard operational procedures, and ensure compliance with company guidelines to prevent losses or damages.

Qualifications

  • Retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented attitude and a warm, friendly demeanor.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proven teamwork abilities, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals and objectives. Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A commitment to continuous learning and development. Demonstrated selling skills and a track record of achieving sales targets or goals. Basic knowledge and proficiency in using systems, devices (iPad, iPhone) and computer applications. A client-centric mindset, dedicated to building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector, is required.
