Join Chanel in Bal Harbour as a Fashion Advisor. This full-time role offers a dynamic environment in the luxury fashion industry, focusing on client service and brand loyalty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
  • Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude to exceed client expectations and enhance service levels.
  • Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience. Excellent communication skills. Foreign language skills preferred but not required. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and cultural initiatives.

Experience

A minimum of three years of experience in a related field is required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Bal Harbour, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $27.70 to $31.00. Additional compensation, benefits, and perks may apply.
