Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of Chanel's high-end business strategies, heritage, collections, and craftsmanship to effectively communicate with both team members and clients.
  • Collaborate with the high-end business team to achieve strategic goals and foster partnerships.
  • Attract new clients to high jewelry through in-boutique events and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Coach the boutique team to enhance confidence and competence in high-end sales.
  • Actively participate in high-end events and ensure the conversion of interest and deposits into final sales.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Analyze sales objectives and implement action plans to maximize service and sales performance.
  • Enhance the customer and sales share of the Watches & Fine Jewelry category within the boutique.
  • Demonstrate business leadership by managing top-tier clients and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Motivate the boutique team to understand and embody Chanel's vision and mission.
  • Empower the boutique team to exceed customer relationship expectations and achieve business results.
  • Lead collaboration with the fashion team to maximize the effectiveness of the Watches & Fine Jewelry business.
  • Support the Head of Boutique and collaborate with leadership and high-end managers to set future-oriented performance goals.
  • Encourage customer engagement to develop long-term relationships and provide personalized services to VIP clients.
  • Handle customer service and complaints effectively according to guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer management data and share market insights with WFJ Management.
  • Ensure consistent, superior customer service across the boutique.
  • Drive efforts to generate boutique traffic and expand customer relationships.
  • Maintain the brand's image through product display, boutique facility management, and grooming.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the Watches & Fine Jewelry collection and Chanel image are consistently reflected in displays.
  • Collaborate with the local VM team for optimal product displays.
  • Maintain the boutique environment in optimal condition, adhering to company guidelines for professional image and equipment use.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandise team to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant departments.
  • Enhance boutique efficiency through operational management.
  • Plan and review rosters to maximize traffic and transaction patterns in collaboration with the fashion boutique.
  • Implement procedures to prevent theft and security incidents.
  • Ensure all operational procedures comply with company guidelines.
  • Participate in morning briefings and share product knowledge.
  • Communicate with other boutiques and departments for smooth stock movement and utilization.
  • Verify all services and repair procedures related to Watches & Fine Jewelry.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the high-end jewelry sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and implementing strategic plans.

Skills

Deep understanding of luxury retail and high-end business strategies. Ability to coach and develop team members. Strong customer relationship management skills. Proficiency in managing KPIs and sales targets. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on high-end jewelry or similar categories.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
