Join Chanel in Macau as a Deputy Head of Boutique. Lead a team in Watches and Fine Jewellery, ensuring luxury service and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspire and manage the boutique team to achieve brand mission and ensure effective daily operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the Head of Boutique and the boutique team, executing 'The Chanel Difference' on the boutique floor.
  • Lead the team to engage consumers, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high image standards.
  • Uphold the brand image through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards.
  • Manage merchandise and inventory effectively to ensure smooth operations.
  • Form partnerships with divisions such as Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, and HR to drive business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience with at least 2 years in management overseeing a team of 5 or more.
  • Fluency in English and the local language; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in shop operations, including stock organization and cash/credit handling. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years' experience in the luxury retail sector, with at least 2 years in a management role overseeing a team of 5 or more.

Education

At least a Secondary School certificate; a university degree is a plus.
