Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspire and manage the boutique team to achieve brand objectives and ensure effective daily operations.
  • Uphold and communicate the Chanel brand image through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and team grooming.
  • Manage and coach Fashion Advisors, focusing on their professional development and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the Training team to ensure product knowledge and sales proficiency.
  • Foster a client-centric culture, emphasizing engagement and long-term client relationships.
  • Lead and oversee inventory management, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
  • Ensure daily and monthly sales targets are met and operational procedures are followed.
  • Design staff rosters to optimize team strength according to traffic demands.
  • Address daily operational issues promptly, seeking guidance from senior management as needed.
  • Ensure accurate completion of sales and operational paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in store operations and team management.
  • Experience in supervising a large team within a luxury fashion business is advantageous.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize business and market intelligence. Passion for luxury fashion with attention to detail. Ability to set and maintain challenging yet achievable goals. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience

More than 3 years in store operations and team management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

The successful candidate will be located in Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand.
