Chanel seeks a Delivery Planning and Coordination Specialist in Paris to oversee Prêt-à-Porter collections. Full-time role in a dynamic luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of deliveries for Prêt-à-Porter collections, ensuring alignment with merchandising and product operations teams.
- Coordinate with market coordination teams, global distribution centers, and quality assurance to optimize delivery strategies.
- Identify and address risks and discrepancies between forecasts and actual deliveries, maintaining communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare and lead production objective meetings and delivery follow-up sessions with product operations and merchandising teams.
- Manage and mentor an apprentice, ensuring their development and integration into the team.
- Drive continuous improvement projects, including tool enhancements and cross-team initiatives.
- Facilitate governance and onboarding meetings within the department and division.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) with a minimum of one successful professional experience in forecasting, planning, production management, or analytical functions.
