Join Chanel in Paris as a Data Project Assistant Intern. Contribute to global CRM and e-commerce initiatives in a prestigious luxury environment. Fluent French and English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the project team on CRM, marketing, legal, and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Analyze project-induced changes to assist in drafting change management and training materials.
  • Support internal communication efforts within the project team, including meeting organization and team engagement.
  • Effectively communicate project progress to other European teams.
  • Attend project meetings and assist in drafting minutes and feedback reports.
  • Conduct business tests on tools like clienteling to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with European IT counterparts to report and track bug fixes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
  • Strong interest in data within the luxury sector.

Skills

Curiosity and reactivity with strong analytical and synthesis abilities. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in data and luxury fashion is essential.

Education

Pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
