Join Chanel in Neuilly-sur-Seine as a Data Marketing Project Assistant. This full-time role offers a dynamic environment in the luxury fashion industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the reliability of marketing data by monitoring completeness, consistency, and freshness of the data repository.
  • Develop tracking dashboards and KPIs to maintain data quality.
  • Manage data quality activities, including cleansing, enrichment, and data recovery.
  • Train teams to maintain optimal data reliability.
  • Promote a data-driven culture and raise awareness of data quality issues.
  • Deploy user training pathways, including processes and tools.
  • Coordinate the creation and animation of a training space and data community.
  • Support key stakeholders within the Division and across regions/markets.
  • Manage data access security on various platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in data management, digital transformation, or business analysis.

Skills

Strong interest in Master Data Management. Attention to detail with a methodical, rigorous, and flexible approach. Curiosity, dynamism, and creativity in project management. Proficiency in adopting new digital tools. Excellent organizational skills to manage and follow up with various stakeholders. Strong communication, influence, and teaching abilities. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

A successful initial experience in data management, digital transformation, or business analysis is required.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in a relevant field.
