Join Chanel in Paris as a Data Assistant Intern. Contribute to data integrity and support various teams in the luxury fashion industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement data consistency checks.
  • Create Power BI reports to ensure data integrity and compliance with product repository standards.
  • Identify and communicate data anomalies to relevant departments for corrective actions.
  • Develop and update documentation, including guidelines for data management.
  • Create training materials for various teams within the division.
  • Support the Data team in addressing queries related to information transfers during product referencing.
  • Assist in the rationalization of BI reports used by the Supply Chain teams.
  • Contribute to drafting specifications for implementing consistency checks in the ANAPLAN system.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school (Master's level).

Skills

Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Power BI, and ERP systems. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Experience

Previous experience in a corporate setting, showcasing proficiency in IT tools, is advantageous.

Education

Master's degree in progress from an engineering school.
