Join Chanel in Paris as a Client Relations Specialist for Travel Retail Europe. Full-time role managing client interfaces and optimizing processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage orders and deliveries of sales items and point-of-sale materials independently.
  • Coordinate product launches according to the Export marketing plan, liaising with regulatory teams for necessary formalities.
  • Oversee the complete budget tracking of point-of-sale materials and visual expenditures.
  • Administer the travel retail sales force's administrative tasks, including staffing and payroll.
  • Monitor payments and follow up with clients on outstanding invoices.
  • Record sell-out and wholesale data for clients within the designated zone.
  • Serve as the primary interface with clients for all administrative, commercial, or logistical issues.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects to optimize existing tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.

Skills

Autonomy and proactivity in task management. Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English and computer tools such as SAP and Excel.

Experience

Experience in commercial administration is highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
