Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for both internal teams and clients.
- Drive business growth by coaching and managing a diverse team, while equipping the Boutique Director with essential business insights.
- Spend time on the selling floor to coach and inspire the team to deliver an elevated client experience.
- Foster a positive working environment and cultivate a culture of feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
- Provide initial and ongoing training and development for team members, including Chanel savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service delivery.
- Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators and lessons learned.
- Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local high-profile businesses.
- Participate in social and seasonal events to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $110,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
