Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate Open-to-Buy projects, ensuring alignment with IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Operations, and regional teams.
  • Calculate and monitor purchasing budgets for each collection across all regions and product lines, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Serve as the primary contact for data quality issues within the Fashion Division's systems.
  • Track global inventory levels and propose continuous improvement plans for optimization.
  • Communicate performance indicators through concise and impactful presentations tailored to various audiences and governance bodies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dynamic, complex, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect strategic objectives to operational execution.
  • Proven project management skills with a high degree of autonomy and proactivity.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.

Skills

Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Power BI is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to synthesize information. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English. Data-oriented mindset with the ability to create impactful presentations.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a dynamic, complex, and rapidly changing environment is required.
