Role & Responsibilities

  • Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools within the boutique.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with Chanel's service mantra.
  • Support daily operations, including register management, inventory handling, and stock organization.
  • Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director or Assistant Boutique Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Boutique Manager on stock cycle counts and annual inventory.
  • Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
  • Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance & beauty industry.
  • Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Skills

Strong organizational and attention to detail skills. Excellent communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Experience

3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance & beauty industry.

This position is based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, USA.

Compensation

The anticipated base range for this position is $24.30 to $30 hourly. Additional variable pay may be offered, including bonus potential.
