Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales development.
  • Promote best practices within the team, maintaining high standards in customer service, product care, and teamwork.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, managing consultations, inquiries, and after-sales service.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, introducing new products and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Support and coach sales staff to achieve sales objectives and enhance product knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and senior management, ensuring confidentiality and structured organization.
  • Manage product ordering, handling, and merchandising to align with brand standards.
  • Ensure team adherence to dress code and personal presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boutique, including customer and stock areas.
  • Facilitate training and personal development of Beauty Consultants, providing daily reports and conducting meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong retail experience in the beauty or fashion industry with proven sales achievements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain personalized customer relationships.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism with emotional intelligence.

Experience

Significant experience in retail management within the beauty or fashion industry, demonstrating a track record of sales success.

Compensation

Competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 CAD annually.
