Join Chanel in Strasbourg as a Boutique Manager in the Fragrance and Beauty division. Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a boutique team to ensure alignment with Chanel's strategic objectives and boutique goals.
  • Supervise, train, and coach team members to achieve high levels of product expertise and customer experience.
  • Conduct team briefings and participate in talent recruitment and personalized onboarding programs.
  • Define and monitor individual skill development actions and ensure exemplary conduct.
  • Drive sales and monitor performance to meet objectives, implementing business development plans aligned with brand strategy.
  • Manage team schedules and floor zoning to ensure optimal boutique operations and customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and optimize the use of available tools.
  • Oversee effective stock management and control procedures to anticipate and minimize discrepancies.
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming boutique environment.
  • Create personalized customer experiences using Chanel's experience rituals to foster long-lasting client relationships.
  • Enhance relationships with department store management and represent Chanel at internal and external events.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales professional with a passion for the Fragrance and Beauty sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills with a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Proactive with strong listening and adaptability skills in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Performance-driven with a strong affinity for challenges.
  • Cultural openness and fluency in English.

Experience
