Role & Responsibilities
- Create a bespoke CHANEL experience for clients in both boutique and cabin settings.
- Welcome clients and guide them through their journey in the Boutique, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience.
- Inspire clients by combining storytelling with a deep knowledge of the brand's heritage, modernity, and expertise.
- Provide beauty services and promote skincare treatments in the dedicated cabin.
- Ensure clients' comfort and well-being to create a unique and unforgettable skincare moment.
- Manage and develop a client database to maintain loyalty and extend the CHANEL experience beyond the Boutique.
- Master the brand's digital strategy and stay informed about market trends to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Maintain the Boutique in perfect condition, adhering to established guidelines.
- Contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets and leveraging resources to recruit and retain clients.
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity in developing innovative action plans to meet objectives.
- Manage client transactions efficiently and share best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- Recognized aesthetic certificate authorizing in-cabin treatments.
- Fluency in English.
Skills
Experience
Professional experience in sales within the Fragrance & Beauty sector, particularly in skincare.
