Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized advice to clients on makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
  • Engage with clients to introduce them to Chanel's makeup, fragrance, skincare, and exclusive collections.
  • Introduce new products to clients, ensuring they receive the necessary technical information.
  • Maintain a strong commercial focus, actively participating in achieving sales targets.
  • Invite clients to register in the Chanel database and maintain active relationships with them.
  • Encourage clients to attend services and events, providing information and advice about Chanel products.
  • Ensure optimal boutique presentation through effective merchandising and adherence to marketing guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
  • Completed training in makeup artistry and/or beauty therapy.
  • Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English.

Skills

Excellent social and communication skills. Commercial acumen and independent working style. Flexibility to work according to Bijenkorf's opening hours.

Experience

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.

Education

Completed training in makeup artistry and/or beauty therapy.
