Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in internal project management in collaboration with other artistic direction departments and marketing services.
  • Create scenographies with various configurations to present the three main axes: Skincare, Fragrance, and Makeup in an event-focused manner (podiums, outposts, trade events, displays, etc.).
  • Monitor the development of technical plans, prototypes, materials, and specific finishes.
  • Communicate technical elements with markets and suppliers to oversee the production of these scenographies.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in design, interior architecture, scenography, or visual communication.
  • Strong foundation in space design and visual storytelling.

Skills

Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools (SketchUp, Vray) and graphic design software (Adobe Suite). Creativity, curiosity, and meticulousness. Strong organizational and project management skills. Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and digital tools. Interest in immersive experiences (VR, AR, metaverse) and new technologies applied to scenography.

Experience

Experience in design, scenography, or related fields is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in design, interior architecture, scenography, or visual communication.

This position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
