Chanel is seeking an After Sales & Repair Specialist in Dubai. This full-time role involves expert repair and client satisfaction in the luxury fashion sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support by independently assessing, prioritizing, and repairing incoming fashion products from aftersales channels and internal stock.
  • Collaborate closely with boutique partners to understand client needs, ensuring each repair enhances the Chanel experience.
  • Conduct inspections to determine authenticity, quality, and reparability of merchandise, adhering to Chanel’s rigorous standards.
  • Manage repair workflow and scheduling, considering workload, lead times, warranty, and client status.
  • Execute systematic repair processes using tools such as CASS/AX, and maintain comprehensive administrative records.
  • Support quality management by assisting with recalls, vendor returns, and escalation of recurring product issues.
  • Participate in and facilitate training to continuously enhance technical and métier-specific expertise for oneself and colleagues.
  • Maintain clear, regular communication with internal and external partners to provide timely updates and ensure seamless repair operations.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a repair, technical, or similar field; experience in fashion or luxury is an advantage.
  • A technical or design background with a strong foundation in the principles of repair and maintenance.

Skills

Exceptional technical and operational skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute repairs independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively. Proactive, resourceful attitude demonstrating urgency, self-reliance, and a passion for delivering superior customer service. High level of attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to upholding Chanel’s standards. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with the confidence to resolve issues independently and the judgment to escalate collaboratively when needed.

Experience

1–3 years of hands-on experience in a repair, technical, or similar field; experience in fashion or luxury is an advantage.

Education

A technical or design background.
