Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Swiss market, particularly in the Romandie region.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales within the luxury goods or watchmaking industry.
  • Fluency in French and English; German is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss market, particularly the Romandie region.

Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury watch industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
