Role & Responsibilities
- Support the monthly financial closing process in collaboration with the accounting and FP&A teams.
- Prepare journal entries and accruals, including inventory and recurring expenses.
- Conduct variance analysis between actuals, budget, and prior year to identify key drivers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial deliverables, including P&L by channel and store, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
- Contribute to cost center tracking and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic reforecasts.
- Collect and consolidate data from various departments to ensure accurate financial inputs.
- Maintain and update reports in the budgeting system.
- Support the creation of presentations and summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide financial visibility.
- Prepare performance reports and analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Conduct financial analyses related to retail performance, investment tracking, and store profitability.
- Assist in the calculation and validation of retail commissions.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and financial tool enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance required.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or similar finance functions.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint.
- Preferred experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Cegid, and Dynamics.

Compensation
The compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience, with a bonus opportunity.
