CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Seattle, United States. Join a prestigious luxury brand within the LVMH group, focusing on sales and customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance the value of each transaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels.
  • Maintain and expand a client book.
  • Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
  • Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
  • Business school, university degree, or equivalent.

Skills

Strong client book management skills. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation. Proficiency in various software programs. Customer-focused with a strong service orientation. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

Business school, university degree, or equivalent.
