Join CELINE in Seattle as a Client Advisor. Seeking passionate individuals with 3+ years of luxury retail experience. Part of the LVMH group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment objectives.
  • Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Collect and input relevant customer information into the database.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels including email and personalized notes.
  • Maintain and expand a client book.
  • Follow up consistently on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
  • Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, preferably with a focus on luxury sales.
  • Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

Skills

Strong client book management skills preferred. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation. Technical proficiency with the ability to learn various software programs. Service-oriented with a strong customer focus. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
