Join CELINE in Miami as a Client Advisor. Located in the vibrant Design District, this role offers the opportunity to work with a leading luxury brand under the LVMH group. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance transaction value.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels.
  • Maintain and expand a client book.
  • Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
  • Assist with store housekeeping and image maintenance.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
  • Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

Skills

Proficiency in using various software packages. Strong client book management skills preferred. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation. Customer service orientation and focus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment with a focus on sales, ideally within the luxury sector.

Education

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
